She received her medical doctorate degree from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and completed her Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery specialization at Koşuyolu High Specialization Training and Research Hospital. She specialized in the plastic surgery department of Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital.
She studied body and breast contouring aesthetics at the University of Michigan (USA). Department of Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Faculty of Medicine. She served as a founding faculty member.
Dr. Avcı has knowledge and experience in aesthetic surgery operations such as facial aesthetics and breast aesthetics. She also has about 20 years of knowledge and experience in areas such as skin cancer, burns, and congenital anomalies. She continues to serve her patients at Emsey Hospital.
